Simple italian dish: Spaghetti with garlic, oil and red chilli! Check this out!

Are you in for spaghetti? Try it with garlic, oil and red chilli!

Friday night after clubbing and a friend says: Let's go eat a burger. And I suggest: Spaghetti at my place?
Spaghetti at midnight is a must. Who hasn't cooked it at least once in their life? =)
The recipe is easy to make, quick and inexpensive!
Ingredients:
Spaghetti, garlic, oil and red chilli!

Here is how to make it for two:
Put a pot of water on the stove and, when it heats up, add salt and a few drops of oil that will prevent the strings  of pasta from  gluing together.  Once the water boils add the spaghetti  (100 gr for each person is more than ok!)
Let's take two cloves of garlic, peel them and chop them.  Then clean and chop two red chillies. The fresh ones are the best, but... be careful what you choose if you don't want to set your mouth on fire!=) And don't mess with your eyes either after touching chilli... you risk to go blind! ;)

Let's take a pan, add some oil, the garlic and the chillies and let them brown. Be careful not to burn it, though!

When the pasta is done, taste it to make sure it's cooked the way you like it, then drain it in a colander and put it in the pan with oil, garlic and chilli. Cook it slow and mix the ingredients, adding more oil if you think it's necessary and voilà!

Spaghetti at midnight... ready!

Enjoy!
